Please note that all items must be returned in new, unused condition, and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or the return is a result of our error. We recommend using a traceable shipping method and keeping the tracking information for your records. We will process your refund or exchange once we receive the returned item.
Please note that some items may be eligible for a replacement or repair instead of a refund, this will be determined by our customer service team based on the product condition, age and the reason for return.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is valid for the following period from the date of purchase:
Toys and games: 90 days
Remote Controlled Vehicles: 60 days
Outdoor play equipment and ride-on toys: 6 months
Bikes and scooters: 12 months
If you believe your product is defective, please contact us immediately. We will require a copy of your proof of purchase and will ask you to provide a detailed description of the problem. Once we receive this information, we will determine whether the product is covered under warranty and will provide instructions for returning the product.

Please note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear. Additionally, this warranty does not cover damage caused by improper assembly, maintenance, or storage.
